I am trying to get my real debrid to work with the crew and not sure why i keep getting this when i know my info is correct. I have it working with cinema with no issues . I don’t know about the message you are getting as I have never seen it before in anything I have done. But I do know, the Crew has been acting strangely for weeks now. I just re-installed Kodi 20.2 yesterday and put the Crew and Dradis addons in Kodi. Only Dradis works. Couldn’t even get to the Resolver URL in The Crew. It was blacked out. So, who knows what is up with The Crew. Dradis, however, works great.
There are no issues with The Crew working or authorizing RD in The Crew. I just Reauthorized RD in The Crew on 2 different Builds about 10 minutes ago. Everything working great
I just took the time to uninstall and re-install The Crew. It is now working for me. Not sure what the problem was before. I am thinking a bad download for whatever reason. But putting out tons of RD links now. Before I re-installed, I looked at the ResolverURL and the page was blank. So, something got missed in the original download. That’s my story and I am sticking to it.

I use Kodi with the Crew and RD. Since the recent RD changes, it still seems to be working with one Fire Stick and my main Onn Pro. I was just out of town and brought a different Fire Stick. The RD links showed, but would not play. When i got home, I tried the other Fire Stick and it worked fine. Both fire sticks are on Kodi Matrix. Onn is on Omega (I think).
Any idea how or why?
I tried to install Umbrella on the Onn. It all seemed to work on the Onn. I realized that my Kodi would freeze when opening and i would have to force close and reopen. I uninstalled Umbrella and cocoscrapers and Kodi no longer froze when opening. I haven’t tried Umbrella on the FS thats not working with RD.
Did you authorize RD on the new firestick?
It used to work fine. I havent done a reauthorise. It looks like the problem others are having with Real Debrid. Jist doent make sense why it works on 2 devices, but stopped working on another.
RD has made some changes and so you may need to update stuff. You may need to reauthorize RD again and obtain a new API key. I am not a kodi user but Matrix is an older Kodi I believe so may need updating all around. Hopefully a Kodi expert can and will chime in.

I just updated my Kodi to 21.1 Omega and installed Umbrella, Coco Scrapers, and The Crew. It all works perfectly. I thought at first after reading your post that maybe you did not have enough free space. But after I uninstalled my old Kodi and installed the newest version, I actually gained a gig of space back. Not sure how that happened, but it did. I use a Mecool KM7 Plus. I would reauthorize and see if that fixes the problem. Other than not enough free space to open RD links, I have no other ideas. Wish I could help more.
I tried to reauthorise and keep getting a “resolveurl error. Check log for more info”
I’m guessing that is my problem, but no idea how to fix.
