I don’t know if this the right category I’m the right place so i used Security…but when I renew my account on there site I tried 2 credit cards MC&Visa I have always paid via credit card even since I’ve had my account…but for some reason today when I clicked pay i got 404 error not found on this server…I had to take Amazon pay for it to renew… is this something new ? and yes I don’t have VPN activated … don’t know why i wasn’t able to pay directly from my credit card

I have had RD for several years now and have always paid with my debit card and have never had a problem. That is pretty weird. I would be interested in finding out why also. My renewal is coming up in two months and I really don’t want any payment problems.
I have never had a problem. I have used prepaid cards and I have been using Amazon pay lately by my choice . Did you try to get in touch with their customer service department? Is there some reason you didn’t want to use Amazon pay?
Yeah I did use Amazon Pay…I just thought that it was for a prepaid card …I’ve being paying with my credit for years never had any issues…thx guys for your input

i use real debrid for a long tome already. the only issue i have is with the kodi builds. my fire tv kicks me out of kodi all the time.
Different issue keep that out of this topic or make your own please for assistance
