A RD customer for about 10 months, I have a login problem in as much as it will not allow me to login and keeps telling me my details are wrong which they are not. Trying to contact them is nigh on impossible. It seems that they take your money but provide no customer service. I am using Kodi on two devices.

First thing to do is clear browser cache.
If you’re using VPN disconnect.
Also if you’re using browser built-in VPN disconnect.
Open your browser again to login, but don’t try to login just click on forgot password, then enter your email address to send you email to reset your password and try to login again
Just hit forgot password and change it
That does not work, I reset pw and it’s still the same.
I’ve tried all that and it still keeps telling me User and/or p/w incorrect.

I have been able to log into my account, but when I try to re-authorise my account within an add on on Kodi it gives me this problem of not accepting my login details and as before it tells me my email address is not accepted ect.?
Ok there are two different issue here.

Now you can access your account from the browser. So your RD account is working and no issue here anymore

You are trying to Authorize RD with in add-on?
Which add-on are you trying to Authorize RD.
Pls. reply to find a solution for you
Note: If you are trying to Authorize RD in The Oath, Venom, and Fen add-ons it will not succeed, because those add-ons are shutdown.
It’s good though to try another add-ons here is a list from TP manual.
