Some more information to help someone.
I have been having a few issues as of late. For those of you who use Surfshark just beware that if you are having real Debrid verification problems. Goto another device and check to see if the current IP from Surfshark is being blocked. I currently have a Help Ticket sent to them asking why this changed and if Surfshark is going to be compatible and why they are being blocked now. I never had a problem in the past. I have tried to disconnect and connect to a different location. It is hit or miss. I have also removed authorization and authorized all over again and checked real debrid vpn status.
I am now using IPvanish and so far it is working.
I’m glad these were not to expensive to begin with.

often RD requires vpn off to set it up and will work with vpn when all is set up. I use surfshark and RD without issue.
It was working fine the last few days after I had issues. Now all the sudden starts again. I had set it up with and without vpn. Just putting information for that one other who has a weird problem like me.

Well your information is not correct, rd works with surfshark anf its been proven with a video.
It shows that Surfshark is a preferred VPN for RD in the 2nd pic.
Working fine for me. Like Ron said they want you to turn it off for renewal and others. I just renewed my and had to turn off SS then turned back on and you can access everything
It literally shows your vpn being whitelisted. So you did something in error here.

I’ve been using RD with Surfshark for a couple of year’s and haven’t had any problems.
Interesting, I haven’t had a problem with RD, but last month had a problem with with iptv on Tivimate. I first thought it was them, but switched over to Nord for the heck of it and it solved the issue. The problem with SS lasted on and off for a couple of weeks, but haven’t had the issue recently.
Yeah. I don’t know everything about this stuff. Just troubleshooting. I have tried all the suggestions. Maybe did or did not do it correctly.
Got the help ticket back from Surfshark. They said that the ip address that was showing blocked “has been added to our whitelist”
So I don’t know. Just passing along information like I said if that one other person has problems
Not all of us are computer techs and understand all this completely. We do the best we can.
I just yesterday had to redo my Stremio app and installed RD with no issue on my Nvidia and my SS was disconnected while I was setting everything up. I didn’t disconnect it, but rather it was already off and I didn’t bother connecting until later on.
Hi everyone I just renewed for 6 more months of RD going on 2 yrs without any problems with my Surfshark.
