hello, i use surfshark VPN. with vpn active or deactivated, i am unable to download using troypoint rapid app installer. it says download starting, but simply does not progress. I am using the latest version of the troypoint app.
Clear cache, clear date, check your storage space and try again

After signing to RAI as mantioned by @TP-Dracoo. You also need a Downloader to install the installer to do that follow this manual from TP how to download and use the Downloader. The instalation all the same on all devices except Android TV box. Down below in the manual a video how to installed on android tv box.
