All of a sudden programs I watch freeze. Happened last night and also this morning. RD installed. The program seems to freeze at the same point each time. Sometimes the small circle appears with a clock like movement indicating a percentage of downloading? Is there a solution? Thanks in advance for comments.

What device are you using? Sometimes if you are close to storage limits it can affect playback.
This also true with kodi as well. I once overloaded kodi with EPG that it slowed down my playback.
Also, are you sure the link size is good for your device? The picture quality and sound options can cause this to happen too.

Using the onn 4k pro. I usually select a link size of about 1mg-3mb. I might add that I have a tv in my office that used the crew 19.5. And the tv in the living room is using the troypoint 20.5 fork. The office tv plays very good. The issue is with the living room tv.
Are you using the same addon and Debrid account. Not using free links?
How is your signal strength to the LR? Have to tried to reset the router?
Maybe you should clear the kodi cache too. Not the data, just the cache.

@pirate77, I removed the cache, and unplugged the onn then after a few minutes plugged it back in. Checked the episode we were having the issues with. Watched it way past where is froze, and all seems to be fine at this point. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.
