Nice that your’s is running cool. 
I am in Arizona, land of the heat this time of year. I just didn’t want to take any chances after another nice box I bought years ago for $140 fried up. My SK 1 is running about 3-4 degrees cooler (between 38 to 41 C) since I put it in my entertainment cabinet. Not sure why. Glad you are enjoying yours. We certainly paid enough for them. $$$

I got a sister that lives in bullhead, been there 120°. You ain’t kidding it’s hot. But the hotels are cheaper across the river in Laughlin
I’m in Prescott but we are still getting into the 90’s right now. Rather be here than the desert though. 
They don’t call ASU the Sun Devils for nothing.
