I had similar issues, but finally restarted my Firestick and then it worked!.. Always make sure you see the ‘Install’ at the top right before continuing… just a thought…
Ihave a similar issue. For years I had zero problems: fire cube - kodi - real debrid, plenty of results and no buffering. With the demise of real debrid I turned to premiumize at about the same time as the fire cube began to behave irrationally with youtube. Over the last few monthe I have become lesss enthusiastic about mu setup and have been waiting for Troy to highlight whats going on. To be fair he has spat out a few issues to assess, but nothing to really get your teeth into. Is the cube now unreliable? I am beginning to think so. Is premiumize at fault? I don’t know enough about them to judge their reliability. Has Kodi lost its way? It has been gong a while and with all the latest AI infiltration gizmo’s you wonder if its been compromised. SO back to your original query - yes I have the same problems, that is premiunise threads that dont play.
No There are several KODI addons that are working flawlessly. I use Umbrella on an ONN 4K Pro with Torbox. Seems lots of problems with firesticks. Gave them up at least 5 years ago
@JNC1N25 there are quite a few threads here on the Insider regarding the direction that the Amazon streaming devices have been going. These changes have affected how the Fire boxes, this includes the Cube, can be used. Meaning a lock down of most streaming from side loaded apps. So the writing is on the wall that if you only want to watch what Amazon installs on your cube, then you are golden.
Regarding Premiumize, I have that debrid service and it is working great. But, I am spoiled as I have Torbox and quite a few months left on my Real Debrid account. All in all, what streams will play depends on what you are wanting to play. There is never a guarantee that anything that you select will work. Such is the streaming world.
As a suggestion regarding YouTube, you might want to look into the apps “SmartTube” and “TizenTube” are free options that are really great. You should be able to find several tutorials from Troy on how to get started with these options. Plus, if you do a search, here on the Insider, you will find lots of discussions regarding these two apps. Best of luck and welcome to the Insider!
Don’t know what addon you’re trying to use but, go back to file manager and try to download a new addon.
I still use Kodi and what I have found is to restart the firestick or unplug the firestick and your modem and plug them both back in. If you’re using file manager to add an addon you then have to go to addons and click install from zip then install from repository then go back you your addons to insert premiumize.
Worst case is to uninstall kodi and reinstall
Making sure unknown addons is turned on

Just curious, does any of the streaming boxes have Amazon app on them or if not can the app be downloaded on it?
I have the Amazon Prime Video app on my ONN 4K Pro. Tried to get it the regular Amazon App from Google Play but I guess it’s not in there.

I’m using Real Debrid and it’s working great for me.
My real debrid worked fine until its time ran out but I got nervous about it keeping logs. Being behind surfshark didn’t make me feel safe when I opened my debrid page to find everything I had watched neatly facing me months later. I thought - if I can see it so can others. Maybe I’m too paranoid or something, so I then swithed to premiumize who claim they don’t keep that sort of info. By the way does anyone know if there is a decent app that I can listen to and watch decent biker road music - some good buesy stuff always puts me in a good place.
I’m glad it is. I liked real debrid better than premiumizer. At least it does work. I hope I didn’t just jinx myself!!!
I would suggest delete and reload Kodi and just one app like Seren and see if that works. Make sure the debrid/premium,z is installed and working.
Try Torbox. It’s great. I still have real debrid, but the subscription will run out soon, and I don’t’t use it anymore. Been using it for years, but when you see warnings about file infringement, take notice.
Install a new build and make sure your device has plenty of room. A full device will have problems with any build. I use real debrid and a fire qube With no problems.
