Problem with Wolf Launcher

i activated Wolf Launcher with launcher manager per the video ( for the onn box) When wolf launcher loaded there were no icon’s for the different apps. i shut everything down waited a few minutes and started everything up. The icon’s appear but when you klick on any of them nothing happens. it’s like the system is frozen, can’t do anything, can anyone help?

Have you set wolf as default and have launcher manager installed? Check all permissions for wolf(apps>>>wolf>>>permissions)
