Downloaded Kodi Matrix 19.3 and 19.4, unable to install the Diggz Xenon Build in Windows on either. Anyone one had this problem. Long time Troy follower; Have always researched and found answers to my problems except this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Not a issue for kodi on pc, what issues are you getting? Kodi is ment for pc.
After typing in the source information I get this message. “Couldn’t retrieve directory information. This could be due to the network not being connected. Would you like to add it anyway?”
Probably typing it in wrong, follow our guide for installing this, should help.
I was getting the same thing trying to load onto my fire stick.
That’s happened to meany times installing Kodi on tv boxes. It’s a glitch . Wait a bit then try again. Sometimes it works on the first try and sometimes on the 6th try.

The diggzrepo build is doing the same thing with the"couldn’t retrieve directory info". I double checked my typing and it was right and I have tried it about 15 times. I’ve had canceled and retyped and tried to over and over and it is still doesn’t work. I have tried adding other builds and it does work. Anyone with help please
Yeah it seems to be down/not working.
Use their other URL. I just tested and its working. This suggestion is from their own website
