I just installed the Primestick 4k Max. Works beautifully except for the fact that it sleeps after about 20 minutes (when playing music with the Plex app). If uou press the select button on the Firestick remote, the music continues where it was interrupted by the firestick going to sleep. Is anyone else having this problem and hopefully found a solution?
I have the same problem on the Skystream Pro 4K. Except it is 30 minutes, then goes to sleep. There is nowhere to turn the sleep mode off entirely. When I listen to internet radio (I do it because of my sound bar and subwoofer), I have to remember to adjust the volume every 20 minutes or so, or it goes to sleep. It is fairly annoying, but have found no work around for it.
