Prime video won't trigger VPN Bypass in Surf Shark

I’ve set up Prime Video in the App Bypass section of SurfShark but It will not work until I manually disconnect from the VPN.

Anybody else experience this or have a fix?

after setting up the bypass apps you want and trying it, reboot the box completely and router/modem. Worked for me a long time ago.
