Prime not working when Surfshark is activated?
Turn off your vpn. If its your account there isnt a need to have a vpn on anyway. You are just slowing down your isp speed.

If itâs a valid Prime account that youâre able to use, then just add Prime video to the bypass list in your SS settings.

The bypass didnât work to alleviate the problem.
Either Split Tunneling or turning off your vpn should have the same effect. If ST didnt work maybe restart your device and try again.
You implied that having SS activated is the finger of blame for your Prime Video not working? How was this troubleshooter and determined?
If you disconnect SS completely, does PV work?
Bypass generally works very well, if VPN is the issue. Split tunneling is similar using selected routing.

Are you by chance using a firestick?
I setup my Surfshark on my firestick differently as I only use 2-3 apps that need the vpn so I use the option âroute viaâ instead of using bypass the vpn. I just selected the 2-3 apps I want to use my vpn.
We had trouble when we first used SS on our firestick because I think there were other items to bypass besides the word prime video but I can remember what it was.
On my 4K Max sticks I always had an active VPN and only split tunneled apps like my banking app, that wouldnât let me use a VPN. Everything else went through the VPN.
per the tech reps at Amazon ,Prime video will not work (is blocked) if it goes through a VPN

Iâve been using Express VPN for three years and never had a problem until last week. Express had me Uninstall/ Reinstall and it worked for two days and stopped again.
I contacted Amazon and was told the same thing that it will not work, however the Reps will maintain its always been since theyâre just reading a script.
The point that needs to be made to Amazon Prime is that they need to add that disclaimer to their description on their App Store download!!!
Express VPN tells me that theyâre aware and working on a solution.
I am having the same problem. PV works fine on my other two firesticks, even with the VPN on, but not the third. I also have an issue with Surfshark activating the kill switch every time I turn off my TV. I have to reconnect every time I turn the TV on.
As Prime video is a legitimate paid Sub you donât need a VPN and can split tunnel or white list it.

This is purely a guess but is it possible that 2 of your firesticks are using the same vpn address and the third is using a different vpn address?
This may trigger a block by PV as it looks like a different location using your account.
I dont use SS so i can help with the other issue.
Again just a guess but i know members have said they use the same vpn address on their devices at different locations for RD. This makes it look like they are all at the same location.
I âve had problems with multiple sites when surfshark is activated. When I contacted them they suggested changing the VPN protocol. Didnât really help.
If you have problems accessing sites that is the ad blocking module of SS.
If itâs an adblocking issue, you can toy around with the CleanWeb feature in your shark settings.
