Please keep in mind that if you are having guide issues that there isnt anything troypoint can do about it. There is only a few small things which would be adjusting your buffer size on tivimate if you use it and making sure your internet speed is above 30 down. After that you can try to reset it otherwise you will need to speak to your proivder. These iptv guys will always struggle with guides and buffering especially high load times.

Yep. Very good point reminding folks that guide issues are on the server side and not the player almost every time
