Don’t type the github address into Kodi, just use a browser to download the repo file from that url. Then save the repo zip to your external storage and install from zip using Kodi. It works on a new ONN 4k Pro, that’s what I used. I made a Downloader code for the repo zip file if that helps. It’s 996657

It’s not really external storage, it’s just what Kodi calls it. It’s just the Download or Downloader folder on your box.
I have the files in download folder already. When I try to install it says it needs a program to install. Is this correct?
You are using Kodi first and clicking install from zip, then accessing the download folder?

Yes. And make sure you have all permissions allowed in Kodi and unknown sources.

Download folder
Zip file of repo

I tried your downloader code and its not working.
I get a message about catbox.moe cant load because of error connection timed out
It was working when I tried it a few minutes ago. Let me check it again in Downloader.
Ok no big deal for me. I just like to try to understand different ways to use kodi.
I dont need the addon as i already have it.
Well I just tried it and it’s still working for me. Downloads right away. When you use Downloader, after it finishes downloading you just click Done (make sure you don’t hit Delete or Install) then go over to Kodi to install the zip file. I’ve been using Kodi/XBMC for around 20 years now. There’s several ways to skin a cat, so to speak. 
I typed in 996657 and nothing happend. Does catbox.moe sound like the right zip address?
It works here, I don’t know what to tell you to check. Kevin Porteous uses catbox.moe to upload all his files, as do I as of recently. I uploaded the repo zip file that I downloaded from the github address there so it would be easier. It’s the same file from the long github url. I’ll do it with the long url and see if that works any differently for you. Hold on
I turned off my vpn and it seems to have worked. I’ll see if i can figure out the rest. Lol

Sucess! Just to anyone else, you need a free pandora account first because you will need to sign in at the settings.
Unless you have a developer sign themselves in for you. Lol
