At the beginning of the year I paid to subscribe to the patreon level/forum and my account still reflects the basic and I have no access to this content or have I received or found any insight on how to do this. Any suggestions?

okay awesome. When I went to my profile it said I was basic. So do I just use the link you sent to access the forum?
If you look at the hamburger on the top left of the site and then look at all categories, everything is there. Just start clicking around and you will find the answers you need. Explore and enjoy.

I too recently became a patron and had the same issue.
It was entirely my fault. I accidentally set up two log in accounts. Once I signed in to the account used for my patron membership all issues were magically resolved - duh.
