Nope, says so in the title “OTA”= over the air. I have one, works great for that but dvr for iptv can be done within tivimate or a home server setup.

What works is a paid app called tivimate. It’s really the best solution. You will of course need to learn about M3U streaming playlists as a part of using this app.
