Onn unable to sync CC

My problem is I cannot find a way to sync dialog to CC. Any suggestions?

Found them. Dots were out of screen frame and could not see. Is there a way to frame the screen to be able to see?

Should be. What device are you using?

Fire TV Box with Sharp TV

You can ask an amazon person in here about the Fire Box, but most TVs have a setting to adjust size. Tivimate has a display mode in the low bar menu.

I am assuming you are referring to an Amazon Cube. Settings>Display and Sounds>Display>Calibrate Display

I went back to the amazon cube because Onn does not seem to have a setting to calibrate display.

Oh that’s fine, I understand completely and the directions I gave you will work for the Fire Cube display if you have an issue.
