The remote on one of my Onns, the remote unpair and I tried everything to repair the remote. Anything will help I ran out of ideas.

On the side of the box where the light is there is a button, hold the button in for at least 15 seconds , you should get a pop up window to pair your remote.

Worked, thanks, I never noticed there was a button there. I guess it’s a reset button.

Before they came out with the remote update i had to use it often. Glad it worked.
