Has anyone succesfully loaded Krooz TV app on the ONN 4K? I was able to load it on my Firestick but it only works WITHOUT Surfshark running
Looking for help suggestions for fix. I have Hisense google tv running Strong 8K (Amber) through Tivimate. I have an issue while watching a stream the screen will go black for a second or so, then comes back on. I was wondering if there is a setting that I am missing. Thanks

I am a long time Troypoint fan and a super senior who needs a source like Troy to help solve my streaming issues. Last week my Firestick 4 Plus decided on its own to reset to factory settings. I had left the room and came back to see it counting down to 0 and was powerless to stop it, shocked I had lost all my apps. That night I researched Troypoint and the onn products. Restoring the Firestick was not an option as it cannot be trusted. I went immediately to Walmart and bought the only version they had - the basic. I went to work painstakingly starting afresh. Living in Canada I found I had to indicate we were in the US to make it work. By the next evening we were back in business. Most of my apps were up and working as well or better than ever before! No buffering. Pure, clean. The basic onn. is fine. No need to go to the 4 plus.

Hi mate is wallmart the only place to get the onn box. I am in australia is there anyway I can get one here. The sound great and cheaper than buzz and formuler both of which are great but expensive. Thanks for any help you can give.
