I use a VPN for my PC and laptop but how would i use a VPN when setting up an ONN as it is connecting to my home WiFi?
The VPN is installed on your streaming device and everything on that device will go through your VPN tunnel when it is installed and running. You can choose to split tunnel the VPN and have an app bypass it if you want.
The problem is getting the VPN on to the streaming device. As soon as i turn the ONN box on it comes up with the message “Region Locked” and i can’t install any apps, set the thing up or do anything with it. I have heard once you have set it up then it’s fine but getting past the Region Locked message is the problem.
Damn that makes it hard. Not sure if you can use your phones “hotspot” and with a vpn on it, then set a server location to the US and connect the ONN to that hotspot. Just throwing out ideas here.

I bought it at Walmart and brought it to Germany. I had no problems setting up a Google account.
Hey just added new G ACCT. And it says once added you can sign in and remove it they only want to send passkey. Hope this helps it helped me because I now have a duming account also you have SurfShark VPN they give you a dummy email for free!!!
