Onn box issue with picture

Anyone having issues using smarters on the new Onn box?

I am watching live tv and the picture gets real jittery. If I go to stream settings and change off of default it usually works better for a bit but the. Back to being jittery to the point I get a headache. So I change again.

I’ve tried many different system setting on the box and tv but can get nothing to work. Any suggestions ?

Is the jitter on every channel? Usually it’s just one channel and you can contact your provider and have them reset it.

Try another player such as tivimate or whatever just to rule out smarters.

Then as TXRon said, get TiViMate and try it. Something like $25 for lifetime.

Arguably Tivimate is the best and there is a free version that will handle one sub. Would be a great test.

Sparkle Player is also an option. Although it isn’t free. I haven’t got it as I have lifetime TiViMate, but if I remember correctly it’s $22 for lifetime premium.

I had the same issue until I switch a video setting from software to hardware processing. I forgot the exact name and I don’t have my box with me.
