Onn 4k pro crashing

Has anyone else had the onn 4k pro just crash while you are doing stuff.

I used the guide to install streameo and vpn. It cashed once while just looking around. It has crashed three time.now while streaming .I just started using it it Saturday and now I’m thinking I should wipe it and return it.

I have set up and using 2 Onn 4k plus.

I have experienced no “crash” of any kind. I would suggest factory reset and reinstall apps.

My only issue with the Onn is bluetooth connection seems to be bit weaker and bit buggy compared to my other boxes. I use headphones to wonder about the house while listening. The Onn sound drops out in places others have no issue. It also is a bit temperamental when changing from one headphone or ear bud to another, requiring a power down and back up to “clean” itself up.

@Jessyska I personally had crashing problems with my ONN 4k Pro V.1.

So to get started, here are the 20 questions…well maybe not 20 but maybe a few.

  1. Is your ONN plugged directly into a wall AC socket?
  2. Are you using the original wallwart? (that is the nickname that guitar play the little box that plugs into a power source)
  3. Is your ONN connected directly to your TV or are you using a switch box?
