On black Friday I ordered a new onn 4k plus and had it delivered to my home. But instead of getting the new blue box design I got the old yellow box design. Does this make any difference? I havenāt even opened it yet. Does anyone think thereās a difference in the onn 4k android boxes ? Is one older than the other? Iām a natural worry wart 
I have until tonight, the 22nd, to return to Walmart just in case. Thanks for any help or suggestions my friends!!!
The yellow ones are the plain onn box . The blue us the plus .

ā¦. just sayināā¦.has been for a while nowā¦.Factory reset did not work . Sucks cause I had to load it twice and now I have to load the one they will exchange .

I am loving the 4k ONN Proā¦and I have most of my family on them but I am having a bunch of weird problems with Surf Shark! I connect to surf Shark and then if I minimize Tivimate, It seems like Tivimate doesnāt want to open without an error message.
I went into settings and changed one box to just IKEV2 and it seems to work well so far. I am on Starlink where I have these boxes for my family but at home Iām on a regular high speed internet and I see this issue all the time on my own ONN 4k plus which for $29.99 is thee greatest box I ever seen in all the years I been doing this.
Iām wondering if there is a certain setting for Surf Shark as itās all I run, I would love the VPN to never give a problem. Every time I feel like a disconnected VPN makes Tivimate open right up. Is this just me or did I miss something? I am thinking of going with Sparkle but I am not sure if it runs VOD since the free version doesnāt play movies. I want to give my family something easy to use that has minimal problems and a player they do not have to clear cache on without something like smarters which I feel is no where near as good as Tivimate but has its perks where cache donāt need to be cleaned.
I just ask this here because from here out all my firestick customers are going to be switching to the ONN 4k plus or pro and I wanna make sure it runs super smooth. I hope Iām not the only one with this problemā¦ I thought it was just me until I noticed it on Starlink and a super fast big city connection. Also this happens even when hardly any internet is being pulled.

This box has an incredible picture, I have the Buzz Powerstation 6 with 32gigs of RAM and it shocks me how close in performance live tv and VOD work on the ONN 4k plus compared to a $500 box lol! This ONN is a monster! Also I hate the screen saver on it and canāt seem to turn it off, I havenāt googled that or searched on it yet but it seems like a pain to turn off on the onn 4k plus!
