I want to first off saying I did read the messages similar to my topic but did not see a resolution.
For a particular show for testing purposes, I was able to access the current episode but the prior episodes, I received the above message.
I am using a firestick, which I just recently purchased. I’ve cleared cache on firestick and within Kodi. I restarted Kodi. I updated to the current version.
Can anyone tell me what the issue could be?
I did check online for troubleshooting. It gave some steps within file manager but I have not been able to access file manager from the Home Screen of Kodi
