Your selection of content will depend on your library system - each county or parish allocates xx amount of dollars to their library systems. If you find your county or parish library is lacking in some respect, look at joining one of a handful of public libraries (this is true in the states) who allow non-residents to obtain a library card for themselves. As an example, I also have a card from N.C. that gives me over 12,000 more Kanopy selections in addition to PressReader, which is normally $30 monthly. PressReader gives you access to magazines (english speaking + international) along with every states new sources plus others like The Wall St. Journal and The Atlantic, etc. for free with your library card. All libraries do not offer PressReader, though.
