Does OLED have DV option ? I see a lot of movies in DV like Disney+ and Apple TV so Iā€™m wondering if I should get a Oled TV or DV

Dolby Vision will be a function of the TV programming and is nothing to do with the oled panel.

Aside from the source material (the media being streamed) being encoded in DV, your selected TV would have to be DV compliant in parameters (like min brightness nits, black, and contrast levels) for a Dolby license to be purchased. The TV would also need to have decoding capabilities to implement the DV. This feature in not inherent to any one particular panel technology, like oled, led, quantum dot, etc.
