Not Working: Syncler + Real-Debrid?

Is it necessary to have Real-Debrid in order to successfully use Syncler. I was using Syncler without Real-Debrid with no problems for several months and then a coupe of months ago it indicated that it couldn’t find any links and this has problem persisted up to now even when I re-installed Syncler. I even used the version on the Troypoint app with the auto-installer. The result was that Syncler then told me that I don’t have any services installed.

What gives? Can anyone tell me?

I’m located in Canada.

Make sure your real debrid is up-to-date.
Re authorize your account on the app/apk you are using
Delete your devices in real-debrids website and re add them
Make sure they are added in real debrid.

These steps are a must and will solve the issue 9 out of 10 times. Also check real debrids Twitter for status updates.

Thanks DP-Draco. However I have never had Real-Debrid. My question was whether I MUST have Real-Debrid to use even the free (i.e. Bouncy) services.

Sorry for not being clear.

You dont need realdebrid but its better to have it than using bouncy. That one is freely maintained and you might run into no links.

I’m having a similar problem. Im not getting any links, so i reinstalled syncler+, reinstalled my real debrid account and have gone through settings with a fine tooth comb, but i still can’t get any links at all.
Dose anyone know what the problem is?
