Is there a setting on the fire stick that would produce more English language streams for shows and movies. I use real debrid.

Not on the firestick it’s self no. Videos language depends on how it’s uploaded.
What are you using for shows? Kodi? Cinema? Look at the topic title of tho show Typically its English.
Next you can select your audio track and change it to English if it’s a option. English language Typically isn’t a issue unless anime or foreign flim. Sometimes you get the odd link someone decided upload in Spanish.
I had one yesterday and it was in colorblind mode and Spanish and hard-coded sub… was a paid link. If that happens move on to the next one.
You can fliter streams in your settings depending on the program you use. Misleading titles do happen.
