Non certified boxes

Anyone have experience with this type of box? Looking for a budget friendly non certified device. 1gb Ethernet, and decent storage with amlogic. Is it as good as an onn 4k pro?

I would get the onn 4k pro, that is expensive for that box you posted and that remote will not be bluetooth.

When Google limits side loaded apps, the non certified will be the way to go. Just curious if this box is ok for a budget friendly option

Not with that, but on ebay you can find T95z Plus that are to be good, I bought one but then bought an SK1 so I have not used it. I did also buy a rupa 4gb 64gb and it worked well my issue is it lost BT connection with my favorite remote and I cannot figure it out.
If I was would take a shot with the box you found if I was looking for something different, install Virus Total and scan it, I do my boxes once a week, I also restart them once a week.

You’re not going to get a 1GB port on a budget device. You don’t need that much for reliable streaming. A 100 MB port is pretty much standard, and that is way more than sufficient for simple streaming applications.

I recommend the newer s905x5m boxes, like the x96 m200 and x88 pro x5m.

I had the x96 m200 and it was a decent box, nice and snappy and easy to install apps on. Plus auto framerate matching. Also has gigabit lan port.

I agree :100:! We have several in our house and the work flawlessly. 1/3 the price
