As anyone managed to get Tempest installed on 19.4 from the url
there’s nothing in the zip files, just two empty repos,

I downloaded the Zips and it says there are 4 files in the tempest zip, I didn’t check the TV one. I did unzip the tempest one and looked at the 4. Not sure if they’re what you’re after.
No , when you download it on the firestick in kodi.
Oh ok. I haven’t a clue how kodi handles zip files, just letting you know the zip file does contain files, it isn’t empty.
