No IP lock, multi-device Playlist & EPG editor

No 100% sure if this is where is should ask, but felt most appropriate.

As the title says, can anyone recommend a IPTV Playlist and EPG Editor that I can use across multiple (4) houses? Open to free or paid options.

Trial would be great if paid

EDIT - if IP locked, multiple devices within 1 household is fine. Maybe that would even be preferred? Anyways, obviously open to option. A good IPTV player with device syncing that has a built-in editor - although that would be more time consuming obviously
