Just wanted to share a project I have been working on. I forked the nimbus skin and have added many new features.

Some of the big standout changes are;
-sub menus can be created in skin settings for menu items and accessed via left on menu item.
-increased custom menu items count
-category widgets. Added a text pill style widget. No images. Fst loading non image based widgets wrapped in a visually appealing pill.
-tweaks and changes to the views. Removal of the leaf icons in favor of text for returning/canceled/ended/ect.. extended plot area with variable height based on if aou driven ratings are enabled in skin settings. Basic ratings added to meta line.
-touchscreen support added to the OSD seek bar
-option added to turn off background playback
-option added to turn off the home menu overlay
-large poster and landscape widgets recently implemented as additional widget options.
-multiple settings toggles just implemented to change how widgets are displayed on home screen. Things like being able to expand the widget rows up higher on the screen when navigating the home menu. Transition animations to normal behavior when moving into widgets. This gives more of a birds eye view of your widgets.. rather than just looking at the top one in a long list.
-ability to fully reorder widgets, sub menus, home menu items.
-opened up menu items widgets and sub menus to more than just video add-ons.
I have been pushing out multiple updates with core skin fixes and feature additions every week.
