Any tutorials on setting up IPTV service on NextPVR so I can try recording with it. Never tried NextPVR before

After testing out TIVIMATE and SPARKLE for years with the recording function, am just completely frustrated on the FIRETV and the ONN box.
So have already had a WIN10 PC workstation acting as a server for PLEX and for SMB. So it’s not much to add NEXTPVR as another application on that workstation.
Then you put clients on any devices in your house and link them back to that server workstation.
Just letting all that so far it works incredible well. Much better than SPARKLE or TIVIMATE for setting recordings and then watching them later. If anyone has questions just post them here. As a beginner had to do a few things to make it work well.
I successfully used NextPVR on my Win10 machine to record IPTV to a drive that is in the same computer. The guide in NextPVR seemed to struggle with all of the channels. So I just picked the handful of channels that are important to me and the recording worked quite well.
Thanks for the input, I’m a little familiar with NextPVR - been several years since I used it. The lists from the IPTV providers are HUGE. As we speak I’m editing down the .m3u file to a reasonable lists of just those channels I’m interested in recording. Did you use any special techniques to get an EPG working with it?
Scheduling is a must have.

No, the EPG worked without me doing anything. I just used it during a 1.5 day trial of an IPTV service so I didn’t get to see if it updated properly, but when I added the info to NextPVR and selected the channels, the EPG populated.
