New Walmart Onn tv box, how to sideload apps?

I saw the Troypoint review on the new Walmart Onn tv box. Troy says sideloading apps is available. But i saw the list of apps he provided that are installed on the box, and I don’t see any browsers or the Downloader app. So how do you sideload apps on this box? How do you access the Troypoint toolbox website (TROYPOINT Toolbox) to install the apps?

Do a search for “enable developer options” for 2023 Onn Box, or something similar. Should be lots of info.

Thanks. The video shows the box has the Google Play Store app so you can get Downloader and other apps from there.
