TP-Draco. Thanks for the response. I went to “device & software” and “about” From there the menu reads “Your TV”, “Storage”, “Network” and Check for Updates. To the right I can see the software version: Fire OS 7.6.1.4 (PS7614/3234) That’s about it. There’s nothing about “Developer Options”. Is there a way to download an earlier version of the Fire OS? If so, how do I delete current version and install earlier version? I do have an extra Firestick 4K. I don’t want to use that because then the remote that came with the TV won’t work.
Because you didn’t follow the posted instructions about clicking 7 times on about. Do that and it will resolve this issue. And this isn’t to be rude, i will make sure i add these steps in the firetv guide to help others better.

Okay, good. I am very happy to see that worked for you. Again, i did update the guide to reflect that. I know there is a lot to read. But thank you this helped me fixed the guides on the insider to help others, I realized i missed this step. So again thank you.
