Hi. I’m new to all this so thanks for letting me join your community. I’m trying to input a code for one of the rapid installer apps, but all I’m getting is a numerical pad, but the code needs numbers!! I’m tearing my hair out. I’m trying to set up on a firestick lite.

I don’t think there are short codes ( numbers) for Troy’s RAI. There is for the Downloader app though. What are you trying to install?
