Need help with launching PS2 games from Kodi build. It keeps trying to store data in wrong space

What’s going on folks

I recently just ordered a 128GB flash drive and OTG cables for the Fire Stick Lite I have and they both work and connected with no issue

I then downloaded Kodi and moved it to the USB storage then opened the app. I went through motions of installing a build for Kodi that has movies , videos games , ect

I searched for PlayStation 2 games and chose one to launch and once I did it that it only downloaded 1 out of 2gb then popped up with the same message that I was getting before I got the USB & OTG cable

It said I was running low on space and needed to clear at least 500mb. I opened up manage applications and seen the data from the game files I’m trying to launch were still storing to the main fire stick storage.

The USB drive is still connected and still showing that Kodi is in the storage but it’s just not saving the data from the games when trying to launch to play.

Hopefully I didn’t confuse y’all too bad :joy: but if you have the answers or something that will help me on the right track I would be grateful for whatever information you have to give

I don’t use it like that but find and download PS2 ROM games from HappyRoms

Or maybe ROMs Download for free

Unfortunately that’s the way it works. Although the app and it’s data install info is placed on the usb drive, once you load or start your app it has to be accessed by the Sticks system and thus places the necessary additional data, like your game progress, on the stick. as additional data is written, for those files necessary to run the app, it is placed on the stick.
Have fun and STREAM ON!!!
