My Firestick will not work on my TV, for some strange reason. I liked the Sports Afire app I had.
Anyone know how easy the Walmart type ONN 4 is to install & to use? NFL starts this weekend & I don’t want to have to drive to town to watch football.
Super easy…barely an inconvenience.
I’d recommend the onn 4k Pro ($50) if the budget allows over the $20 version.
Most of the stuff you need is available in the playstore and inside Downloader with TroyPoint Toolbox.
You will just need to allow for sideloading unknown sources with the click of a few buttons.
You will need a google/gmail account if you havent set one up already.
I think the Pro is a good idea. I’m trying to get SportsFire on my FireStick Max & even though I clicked on Download (in Downloader), it just will not put it on my FireStick. Football season is almost upon us. 
Good call. At that price point it is way more than capable of handling your streaming needs. There are a few theads on TP if you need more convincing.
I got out of using the Amazon devices and dont regret it one bit.
After you get it make sure you follow set up instructions to allow full access to your device. It’s very easy
Go to the Firestick, search. and make sure your downloader is updated. A new one just came out a few weeks ago.

I never get the message on the screen that says “Install”. In fact, I don’t see the downloading bar but above the blue/teal part that has Sportsfire shown, an orange line goes across fairly quickly, but no Install.
