In addition to using a different email address you must also install the companion app on a different android device and make the purchase from there. I have a Trac phone that I’ve used to purchase multiple accounts. I just do a factory reset on it each time and log it into a different Google account. It’s a pain but it’s the only way I’ve found to do it.
