All kodi addons on my 3rd gen Firestick play a selection for 15 - 20 minutes, and then goes back to the original list that I picked the movie from. Most times it will offer the resume/ play from beginning, so I pick another source, but it’s happening with all my addons?
Try clearing the cache in Kodi and the stick make sure your add ons are up to date.

With these sticks and Kodi I worry about overheating and running short on memory. I would make sure to clear cache and force stop for all apps that arent being used when you use Kodi. Uninstall any absolutely unused apps too. I would also recommend a smaller Kodi build with just a few of your main add-ons. The large builds are just too clunky for a Firestick.
