So I have in the past download movies onto my phone from Syncler and watched no problem, but I have updated my phone but now I can see it there downloaded but it asks to search the play store to open this type of fille. I have added a few media players but still won’t open. Any Ideas?
Is there a file extension you can see? What device are you using? After updating your phone to a newer Android, I assume, like 14, did you check to see if Syncler or your media player, had an update that may have added some stuff it needed to work with your update? Did you double check “permissions” after the update to see if maybe new ones were added?
There was no extension file so I renamed to an mp4 and all good.
