Not sure if 12 months is the max, but I could be wrong, should tell you from their website though. Sorry can’t be more helpful.
Check their web site for the info you require, I find the Premium- 3 month membership excellent value.

From what I’ve heard you can buy multiple subscriptions and stack them. So if you buy two 6-month subscriptions it will give you one year.
