The monitor dot is flashing red then green box. It’s never done this before on a firestick but I changed to NvidiA shield pro and it’s altered red and green does anyone know why and how to fix it?
I have Monitor Dot Version 1.229 and no problems. Shield pro.

If you have a FIRETV or a tv with FireOS built in, or a FireSoundBar,
AND are using a Firestick or Cube utilizing the Monitor Dot, that can cause the alternate flashing. It happened to us on my Daughters device a while back. One is connected while the other is not and the one that is not (usually the TV’s version) shows up on the screen as the red dot. That was our case anyway. Otherwise, try PF’s suggestion: Uninstall > Clear Cache > Restart > Reinstall. Please let us know how it works out!
