I really appreciate all of the information you guys provide on here. I’ve learned a ton. I upgraded from my initial purchase of a Firestick to a Formuler Z11 Pro. The box is great and easy to use. Had a question for you guys that may have been down this path before.
I’m using Eaglecast as a provider and so far has been pretty good. When I upgraded the box and attempted to start using MOL3, I get an error of “Contact Your Service provider” “Unable to open Stream Server error: Http400”.
Made sure the portal address and login were correct, which it was. Contacted Eaglecast and they said that 3rd party platforms are not supported since they offer their own (which I understand). The service does work through their own APP, so it’s not an internet issue.
The strange thing is when I put the MOL3 app on my Iphone, configured it with the same information that I put in the Z11, and tested it on the same internet connection. It works just fine on there. After seeing it function on the MOL3 Iphone app, I would assume that the internal coding is relatively similar on both, so in theory, I should be able to get the service to work on the Z11 pro as well?
Was wondering if some of the veterans here could help me out or point me in the right direction? Am I missing something on the Z11 configuration that is different to the Iphone app?
