I reached out to my provider and followed their instructions. No luck. I just received a notification from them that there is a system wide issue on their end and they are working on it and give then time.

Hi mate, just to say - I’m having the same issue. I suspect same provider. BBC One only. Very odd.
I’ve raised an issue with the provider but doubt I’ll hear back. Did you have any luck in the end?
