Here in Canada the rates are still way high. In Mexico I was paying $16 cdn for unlimited everything per phone. Now I’m paying $60 per phone for 2yrs then $90 and only unlimited calling to US and Canada and 5 Gigs of data. But I get around that by using Whatsapp. No limits there.

Yeah I only got 5 GB of data on my phone but I never go over it. The only time I use my phone it’s either in the house or at a restaurant where I’m near Wi-Fi so I really never go over 5 gb.
Signed up. First 3 months are $15 per line. Then it goes to $35, $25 or $20 a month per line depending on how long you sign up for 3,6 or 12 months. I took the 15 GB per month plan. I have 3 lines so I will saved $12 to $27 per line per month over AT&T plan. Only issue was the switching over was a little confusing for me. It took three calls to Mint Mobile. But on the third call I got a good customer service person. She had everything running in short order. Thanks for the tip TXRON.
I have mine up and running. Had to setup the voicemail manually(visual voice) So far all is well and service is great.

Thanks I missed that the voice mail did not set up. It is now.
I missed it to, then after reading on the web site I decided to look on my phones settings and had to do it manually. 1st time for that but it was simple. 
Switching to Mint Mobile was the best thing i did. Couldn’t belive I’ve been paying so much for years. So happy with mint. They use T-Mobile towers. I pay for the unlimited data plan with hot spot. $120.00 every 3 months. They also give u 3 free month when u first sign up. So $120.00 for 6 months of unlimited great service and great customer service. Then $120.00 every 3 months. They have cheaper plans though. Depends on how much data u need. Switch now u will not regret it.

Hard to beat the t-mobile magenta military if you are a veteran. 20.00 a month for unlimited data. The nice part is you only need the veteran to administer the plan. I have 7 lines under the plan and I am the only vet on the plan, but it’s the same price for everyone.
I switched to Mint from Verizon 5 months ago. Works very well for me.
We love Mint. So far four years.
Should get sim card tomorrow for Visible by Verizon. Unlimited 5 g test, call and data. Also Unlimited hot spot. Owned by Verizon so uses Verizon towers. $25 a month
So far all is well but not sure visual voice mail is set up correctly. Maybe a day or 2 to kick in?..no idea but I need it as I hate voice mail
