since you have set these boxes up before I would imagine you got a lemon. If you got it from amazon ask for a replacement or refund. Ive heard bad things about support if purchased elsewhere.
Hi TXRon I think you are correct it must be a hardware issue. I have purchased over 20 Mecool boxes KM2 KM3 and KM9 from Ali Express and this is the only one I have had any issues with. I will have to try some means of sending them a video of the faults.
