I would like to know how this firm is actually monitoring calls? Is it with the assistance of the mobile network providers? (eg Vodafone, O2 etc) Also how can a VPN protect you if the calls are being “intercepted” over the mobile network? Surely in the UK it is illegal to intercept mobile phone calls without a warrant signed by a magistrate?
