Mad Titan Kodi + Jetextractors

Went to external storage then opened Downloader but their was nothing in it to install .

So you downloaded both files using the Downloader app but there’s nothing in your Downloader folder. Sounds pretty fishy to me.
You have a Downloader folder inside the Download folder too. Did you check that one?

Yes I did an they were both their but not when I opened Kodi zip .

You ned to find Troy’s “install MT video or description tutorial” It should be on this site somewhere.

I’m not understanding what you’re saying now. Sorry. First you said the files weren’t there in the Downloader folder and now you say they are there, but you lose me when you say they’re not there when opening Kodi zip. Kodi zip? Just try the start from scratch way and see if there is an updated repo file that will work for you now. Try this url as source: https://magnetic.website/repo/

So I attempted to use the zip files you mentioned. It did the same thing on 20.2 Nexus. I’ll tey again with 20.3, if it starts working. I tried to find a way to install a previous version of Kodi 20.1, I believe but I only get as far as extracting through my files explorer on xbox one s, it says its extracted but it doesn’t actually, install kodi. Haven’t figured that part out yet. If I do, then I could, again, try these zips you sent. Let me know if you have any ideas. Microsoft made it really tough on their game console vs windows laptop. Wish it was simpler.

Okay. I tried to start fresh on my Windows laptop and have no issues with all the things I’m trying to download and use. However, my original problem still exists. For some reason, MT does not want to operate on the Xbox One S. In the log file, it gives me errors about jetextractors, and a couple of other files that MT uses, stating the code needs to be updated using directory info. I am in IT classes but it is for network admin. My Python, HTML, and C++ are very limited. Is there anything anyone can provide to help with this matter? Thank you.

I have tried zip files to no avail. Is there a way to clear the cache on an Xbox series One S? Could there be some files still hung up from installing and uninstalling Kodi on the Xbox so much? I cannot find any type of downloader app. I finally found Microsoft Edge but then when I tried to download anything from there it told me I don’t have permission to download on this device.

Mad Titan appears to be having issues again.

I had some problems for a few days but they offered a new update yesterday but attempts to update it failed.

I tried reinstalling it but upon entering the relevant URL from Troys site, I received a message stating unable to connect to the directory.

I’ll give it a few more days and try again.

I think the issue is to do with jet extractors as they appeared to be problematic first and could not be updated

Does anyone know if there is a new URL for the Mad Titan site?

I know this of this one but I don’t use it

Sorry but this seems to be a zip file rather than a URL.

The one provided previously via Troy install video was

** when I try to type in the actual URL, it inputs the “Index of Repo” link**

but when I try to enter this now I get the following message box

Unable to Connect

Couldn’t retrieve directory information. This could be due to network not being connected.

Any help resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Hi Guys

Sorry to keep raising this issue but I really could do with some technical help. It is quite an unusual situation. Maybe Troy’s tech team can investigate this further.

I have two NVidia Shield Pros. On one Shield, when I click on Mad Titan, it doesn’t open properly but only offers a screen listing the words Files, Playlists, Video Add On’s and says that there is a Mad Titan error. However, I have a sub folder from within MT that still seems to update and run as expected. This is a benefit but doesn’t offer the full service.

On the second Shield I reinstalled Kodi but can’t install MT at all. The message indicates a directory issue. The MT installation process followed Troy’s instructions to the letter.

Is this an MT directory issue?

Or could it be possible that my ISP has placed a firewall in place. I don’t think it is the latter as other add on’s seem to function as expected.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just to make this situation more confusing, I recently found an old firestick of mine which had MT installed but hadn’t had any updates implemented for several months.

MT opened fully with all functions operating as expected.

I looked at the source information and the URL was exactly the same as the one I am using to try to install MT on my Shield. The one on the Shield still can’t find the source directory.

I get the feeling that some of the current add ons aren’t operating correctly following the latest updates. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

Hi

Just though I would let you all know that MT is up & running again as normal.
